Returns Policy

All returns will be given as exchange or store credit.

If you would like to return/exchange an item, please Contact us prior to your return with RETURN/EXCHANGE in the subject of your message.

The items should be sent back to us within 15 days.

Returned items must be in the same condition they were sent.

RETURN FEES

The buyer is responsable for return shipping fees. Please, read here carefully our Shipping Policy

Please note that you may need to pay other additional costs (cost difference, taxes...).

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All "ON SALE" items or items purchased during a promotion are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clothings, accessories, bathroom items and towels and linens are considered FINAL SALE for hygienic reason and cannot be returned or exchanged.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an ítem as a gift, you may Exchange it for a store credit.

The amount will be deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for 6 months.
